Terms Of Service
Updated: March 16th, 2026
Article 1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of all digital environments, services, systems, communication channels, projects, websites, Roblox experiences, Discord servers, content, tools, and related operations made available by IHS Entertainment Group (“IHS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
1.2 IHS Entertainment Group operates as a Roblox Studio, creative project environment, and community-driven studio structure providing interactive experiences, digital content, community spaces, support systems, and related services.
1.3 By accessing, joining, using, or interacting with any IHS service, project, system, or platform, the user (“User” or “you”) confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1.4 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of IHS services, systems, communities, and related platforms.
1.5 These Terms apply alongside any additional:
1.5.1 community guidelines;
1.5.2 server rules;
1.5.3 Roblox Terms, policies, and platform rules;
1.5.4 Discord Terms, policies, and platform rules;
1.5.5 project-specific rules, notices, or procedures;
1.5.6 moderation standards;
1.5.7 operational decisions issued by IHS staff.
1.6 Where project-specific rules conflict with these Terms, IHS may determine which rule or interpretation applies in the relevant context.

3.2 These Terms apply to free and paid features, public and private spaces, temporary and ongoing access, and official or auxiliary service channels operated by IHS.
3.3 Access to IHS is a revocable privilege and not an unconditional right.
3.4 IHS reserves the right to modify, restrict, suspend, discontinue, or remove any service, project, feature, channel, or content at any time, with or without prior notice, unless otherwise required by applicable platform rules or mandatory law.
Article 4. Eligibility, Age, and Account Responsibility
4.1 Users are responsible for complying with all applicable minimum age requirements, account eligibility standards, and platform safety requirements relevant to the platform through which they access IHS.
4.2 You are solely responsible for your account, device, login credentials, linked identities, and all activity conducted through them.
4.3 You may not share, sell, rent, lend, transfer, purchase, or otherwise misuse accounts in a way that is deceptive, evasive, unauthorized, or harmful to IHS or others.
4.4 You remain responsible for activity conducted through your account unless you have promptly reported verified unauthorized access and have taken reasonable steps to secure your account.
4.5 IHS may request additional verification, confirmation, or ownership proof where reasonably necessary for support, moderation, access control, payment handling, collaboration, or security review.
Article 5. Acceptable Use
5.1 You must use IHS in a respectful, fair, and ordinary manner consistent with these Terms, platform rules, and community expectations.
5.2 You may not:
5.2.1 knowingly ignore rules, policies, or staff instructions;
5.2.2 harass, threaten, insult, abuse, intimidate, or target other users or staff;
5.2.3 post, upload, or distribute hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate material;

5.2.7 evade sanctions through alternate accounts, third parties, or platform switching;
5.2.8 interfere with moderation, support, or operational procedures;
5.2.9 publish, leak, or misuse confidential or non-public information;
5.2.10 engage in fraud, deception, abuse, or any activity that may damage IHS, its projects, its users, or its partners.
5.3 Attempted violations, coordinated misconduct, assisting another person in violating these Terms, or preparing to commit a violation may be treated as a full violation.
5.4 IHS may take into account behavior occurring outside a specific IHS game or server where that behavior reasonably affects the safety, stability, operations, or reputation of IHS.
Article 6. Community Management and Enforcement
6.1 IHS staff may interpret, apply, and enforce these Terms and related community rules within the relevant operational context.
6.2 Users must comply with reasonable instructions issued by IHS staff.
6.3 Disagreement with a moderation or staff decision does not entitle a User to disrupt services, abuse staff, publicly escalate in bad faith, or refuse to cooperate with normal procedures.
6.4 IHS may review and assess potential violations based on evidence including, but not limited to:
6.4.1 logs;
6.4.2 screenshots;
6.4.3 video recordings;
6.4.4 support tickets;
6.4.5 witness statements;
6.4.6 system records;
6.4.7 platform information;
6.4.8 contextual behavior patterns.
6.5 IHS is not required to disclose all evidence, internal notes, detection methods, moderation logic, or enforcement reasoning in full.
6.6 IHS may impose sanctions with or without prior warning where it reasonably considers such action necessary or appropriate.
6.7 IHS is not obligated to apply lighter sanctions before applying heavier sanctions.
6.8 Enforcement decisions may be based on severity, frequency, context, intent, risk, history, user cooperation, and the effect of the conduct on the community or project.
Article 7. Access, Features, and Availability
7.1 IHS may limit, restrict, revoke, or condition access to any service, project, channel, feature, role, or environment at its discretion.
7.2 Access to private, restricted, internal, testing, creator, staff, partner, or collaboration spaces may be withdrawn at any time.
7.3 Invitations, roles, whitelists, tester status, partnership status, or special access permissions do not create permanent rights or guaranteed continued access.
7.4 IHS does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, continuous uptime, or permanent preservation of any feature, content, or system.
7.5 Maintenance, updates, technical issues, platform outages, moderation actions, and operational changes may affect availability at any time.
Article 8. User Content and Submissions
8.1 Users remain responsible for the User Content they submit, upload, send, or otherwise make available within IHS environments.
8.2 By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
8.2.1 you have the right to submit it;
8.2.2 the content does not infringe any third-party rights;
8.2.3 the content is not unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful;
8.2.4 the content does not include confidential third-party information without authorization.
8.3 By submitting User Content to IHS, you grant IHS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable to operational service providers if needed, and revocable only where legally required license to host, store, reproduce, process, moderate, display, use, archive, and communicate such User Content for purposes including:
8.3.1 operating the relevant project or service;
8.3.2 support and moderation handling;
8.3.3 safety, review, and enforcement;
8.3.4 internal documentation and administration;
8.3.5 project presentation or promotion where reasonably appropriate.
8.4 IHS may remove, hide, edit formatting of, restrict access to, archive, retain, or report User Content where reasonably necessary for moderation, security, evidence preservation, legal compliance, or operational purposes.
8.5 IHS is under no obligation to preserve User Content indefinitely or make any content continuously available.
Article 9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all IHS content, systems, visual materials, project structures, branding, names, text, interfaces, documents, graphics, media, and related materials are owned by or licensed to IHS Entertainment Group.
9.2 No part of IHS may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, reverse engineered, exploited, sold, reuploaded, adapted, or used for commercial or misleading purposes without prior written permission from IHS, except where such use is explicitly permitted by platform tools or mandatory law.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights in IHS intellectual property to any User.
9.4 User suggestions, ideas, comments, feedback, and improvement proposals may be used by IHS without compensation or attribution unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9.5 If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed within an IHS environment, you may submit a good-faith report with sufficient supporting information for review.
Article 10. Payments, Purchases, and Virtual Items
10.1 Certain IHS services, access options, features, digital benefits, or project-related items may involve payments, donations, commissions, purchases, or platform transactions.
10.2 All payments made through third-party platforms remain subject to the terms, policies, payment systems, refund procedures, and enforcement rules of those platforms.
10.3 Unless otherwise expressly stated by IHS in writing, all purchases, donations, and voluntary payments are final and non-refundable.
10.4 IHS may refuse, limit, suspend, or revoke access to paid or unpaid features where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, chargeback risk, policy violations, sanction evasion, or misuse.
10.5 Virtual items, access rights, digital roles, or community-linked benefits do not constitute personal property and may be changed, discontinued, revoked, or restructured by IHS at any time.
10.6 Where a User receives a chargeback, reversal, unauthorized payment result, or payment dispute connected to IHS, IHS may suspend related access, benefits, or services pending review.
Article 11. Collaborations, Applications, and Creator Participation
11.1 IHS may offer application, partnership, contributor, creator, tester, media, moderation, or collaboration opportunities.
11.2 Submission of an application or participation request does not create any guarantee of acceptance, response, continued participation, or future selection.
11.3 IHS may accept, reject, pause, withdraw, or terminate any collaboration, role, or participation opportunity at its discretion.
11.4 Creator, contributor, or partner materials submitted to IHS may be reviewed for quality, safety, brand alignment, operational fit, and compliance with these Terms.
11.5 Additional role-specific agreements, guidelines, policies, or project terms may apply to contributors, creators, contractors, or collaborators.
Article 12. Privacy, Data Use, and Records
12.1 IHS may collect, receive, store, review, and use limited information reasonably necessary to operate its services, support users, enforce rules, maintain security, and manage projects.
12.2 Such information may include usernames, platform identifiers, support history, moderation records, communication logs, submissions, form entries, technical metadata, and related operational records.
12.3 IHS may retain records for moderation, safety, support, evidentiary, administrative, anti-abuse, and continuity purposes for as long as reasonably necessary.
12.4 IHS may share relevant information with platform providers, moderators, service providers, collaborators, or authorities only where reasonably necessary for platform compliance, safety, abuse prevention, rights protection, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
12.5 Where a separate Privacy Policy exists, that policy supplements these Terms and should be read together with them.
Article 13. Third-Party Platforms and External Services
13.1 IHS relies on and interacts with third-party platforms and services, including Roblox and Discord.
13.2 IHS is not responsible for outages, policy changes, restrictions, account actions, payment handling, technical failures, moderation actions, or other decisions made by third-party platforms.
13.3 Your use of third-party platforms in connection with IHS remains subject to those platforms’ own rules, policies, and terms.
13.4 Links, integrations, references, or mentions of external services do not automatically constitute endorsement by IHS.
Article 14. Suspension and Termination
14.1 IHS may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any part of its services at any time if:
14.1.1 you violate these Terms;
14.1.2 you violate community or platform rules;
14.1.3 you pose a safety, operational, reputational, or technical risk;
14.1.4 you misuse systems, content, roles, payments, or support channels;
14.1.5 IHS reasonably determines that continued access is no longer appropriate.
14.2 Suspension or termination may be temporary or permanent.
14.3 Upon termination, your right to access affected services, roles, systems, or community spaces ends immediately unless IHS states otherwise.
14.4 IHS may preserve relevant records after termination for support, evidentiary, moderation, fraud prevention, and administrative purposes.
14.5 Termination does not affect any rights, remedies, limitations, obligations, or protections that by their nature should continue after termination.
Article 15. Appeals and Reviews
15.1 Where IHS makes an appeal or review process available, Users may submit a request through the designated channel.
15.2 Filing an appeal does not guarantee a response, review, reversal, or reinstatement.
15.3 Users must provide accurate, complete, and good-faith information during any appeal or review process.
15.4 Repeated, abusive, dishonest, manipulative, or spam-based appeals may be rejected without further review.
15.5 A final decision issued by IHS after review may be treated as conclusive for operational purposes.
Article 16. Disclaimers
16.1 IHS services, projects, systems, and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
16.2 IHS does not guarantee that its services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, complete, accurate, or suitable for any specific purpose.
16.3 IHS does not guarantee the continued availability of any project, feature, reward, access level, virtual item, role, community space, or content.
16.4 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IHS disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Article 17. Limitation of Liability
17.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IHS Entertainment Group and its staff, contributors, collaborators, and operational representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, or punitive damages.
17.2 This includes, without limitation, loss of access, loss of data, loss of content, loss of progress, loss of opportunity, reputational impact, community removal, account restrictions, payment disputes, technical interruption, or dissatisfaction with moderation outcomes.
17.3 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any aggregate liability of IHS arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of IHS shall be limited to the amount you paid directly to IHS for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event, or EUR 50.00 if no such payment was made, whichever is lower unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
17.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable mandatory law.
Article 18. Indemnification
18.1 You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IHS Entertainment Group, its staff, contributors, partners, and operational representatives from and against claims, complaints, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable external advisory costs where applicable, arising out of or related to:
18.1.1 your breach of these Terms;
18.1.2 your misuse of IHS services or systems;
18.1.3 your User Content;
18.1.4 your violation of third-party rights;
18.1.5 your fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct.
Article 19. Changes to the Terms
19.1 IHS may amend, update, restructure, or replace these Terms at any time.
19.2 Updated Terms may become effective upon posting, publication, or other reasonable notice by IHS.
19.3 Continued use of IHS after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.
19.4 It is your responsibility to review the current version of the Terms periodically.
Article 20. Severability and Interpretation
20.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or ineffective, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force to the fullest extent permitted by law.
20.2 Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be interpreted, limited, or replaced to the minimum extent necessary to preserve the intended purpose of these Terms where legally possible.
20.3 Headings are included for convenience only and do not limit the interpretation of these Terms.
20.4 Failure by IHS to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
Article 21. Governing Framework and Dispute Handling
21.1 These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the internal operational framework of IHS, the relevant platform rules, and, where applicable, the mandatory laws that cannot be contractually excluded.
21.2 Before initiating any formal dispute action where such action is legally available, the User agrees to first attempt to resolve the matter through the designated IHS support or contact channel in good faith.
21.3 Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer or user rights that may apply under mandatory law.
Article 22. Contact
22.1 Questions, reports, appeals, support requests, or notices relating to these Terms may be submitted through the official contact or support channels designated by IHS Entertainment Group.
22.2 Where IHS provides a dedicated website, email address, support form, or Discord ticket system, Users should use the most appropriate official channel for the matter concerned.
Article 23. Entire Agreement
23.1 These Terms, together with any applicable supplementary rules, policies, notices, and project-specific conditions issued by IHS, constitute the entire agreement between the User and IHS regarding the use of IHS services, unless an additional written agreement expressly applies.
23.2 No informal statement, community message, or staff communication shall override these Terms unless explicitly confirmed by IHS in an official written policy, notice, or authorized agreement.
