Roblox Eligibility Labels

An overview of the Roblox Eligibility Labels used by IHS Entertainment Group.

The Roblox Eligibility Labels are a public age-guidance framework introduced by IHS Entertainment Group to provide clearer audience guidance for Roblox experiences, projects, and community environments.

These labels are intended to help users better understand the recommended age suitability of a project based on its overall environment, themes, interaction level, and intended audience.

IHS provides these labels publicly not only to improve transparency and consistency, but also in response to Roblox’s evolving platform rules and access systems for younger users. With Roblox introducing new age-based account structures and expanded access controls for users under 16 from June 2026, IHS believes clearer public age guidance is more important than ever.
