1. Introduction and positioning
This Intellectual Property Policy (the “IP Policy”) explains how intellectual property within IHS Entertainment Group, a Roblox Studio, creative studio environment, and community-driven project structure, is owned, managed, protected, used, licensed, and enforced.
This policy is intended for studio, community, project, creator, support, development, moderation, publishing, branding, and platform operations across all IHS Entertainment Group environments. This policy should be read together with the following, where applicable:

5.1 Project-level protection within the IHS structure
Certain intellectual property may be protected and managed not only at the IHS Entertainment Group level, but also at the level of the specific project, game, experience, server, or sub-group to which it belongs.
This means that a game, community project, or sub-brand operating under IHS Entertainment Group may have its own protected project layer, identity, branding set, asset pool, item library, media structure, documentation set, or operational materials, while still falling under the wider rights, control, and protection framework of IHS Entertainment Group.
5.2 Protection of in-game content and project materials
Without limitation, all of the following may be protected either:

project documentation, rulesets, notices, support formats, and internal management materials.
5.3 No claim by contributors, players, or participants

accessed the project;
participated in the project;
played the game;
held a role in a server or project space;
suggested or discussed an idea;
appeared in content;
or assisted with project operations,
